BIOGRAPHY

Tory's young adult and crossover fiction books deal with real-life issues and social problems through deep, complex characters and in imaginative, sometimes other-worldly settings. Published by Brown Posey Press (the parent of which is Sunbury Press Books), Tory has released five books with the Pennsylvania-based company.

Tory's latest is "Shake Hands with the Devil," the third of the Sweet Dreams Series. This follows "Searching for Roy Buchanan" as the first of the trilogy. "Seaching..." earned a First in Category/First Place nomination for the Dante Rossetti Award for Young Adult Fiction, presented by Chanticleer International Book Awards and Novel Competitions (CIBAs). The sequel is "Call it Love."  Brown Posey first published Tory's work "A Moment in the Sun" in 2016, which won first place in the Young Adult division of the 2017 Red City Review Awards.

"Live from the Cafe" followed on Brown Posey in 2017.
His self-published debut, "Parasite Girls" was released in 2013 and is available on Amazon.com and Smashwords.

A broadcaster for over 35 years, Tory has seen and done just about everything in the radio business. He's been a deejay, talk show host, traffic reporter, producer, and journalist. Currently, Tory can be found jobbing about Central Pennsylvania for the Radio Pennsylvania Network and other broadcast companies. He can also be heard on the Maryland News Network.

Tory also hosts "The Brown Posey Press Show," as part of the BookSpeak Network. Tory's guests are authors on the Brown Posey imprint, as well as other select, independent authors.
